Halfies is a dog treat brand created by Gina Archer and sponsored by Unilever. The multimillion dollar corporation has seen a growing interest in local businesses and is partnering with Gina to expand Halfie’s. Dog owners who want to offer their pups food at a quality they could cook themselves at home but don’t have the time or money trust local business. They are willing to pay slightly more for the certainty that their locally made treats are made with the care of a dog brand that cares. There is a divide in dog treats; either they are high priced and decent quality or cheap and poor quality. Halfies is an affordable, high quality dog treat. They dress to impress because at this price point, they know they’re the odd one out at the party.
